番外編？の甘くない副菜レシピです。
型に入れて冷やすまで10分くらいでできちゃいます☺︎
暑い季節にピッタリ‼︎ぷるぷるコンソメゼリーとフレッシュトマトがクセになります！
【材料】18cmパウンド型 １台分
○トマト（小玉） ４個 ※型からはみ出ない大きさならなんでもok！
○水 ２カップ（400ml）
○コンソメキューブ ２個（10g）
○粉ゼラチン ２袋（10g）
【作り方】
①耐熱容器に熱湯1カップ、コンソメ、粉ゼラチンを入れよく混ぜる
②コンソメ、粉ゼラチンが完全溶けたら、水1カップを入れよく混ぜる
③型の1/3くらいまでゼリー液を入れる
④よく洗い、ヘタを取ったトマトを入れる
※トマトを縦に入れると断面が円く、見栄えよくなります←POINT‼︎
⑤型ギリギリまで、残りのゼリー液を入れる
⑥ラップをし、冷蔵庫冷やし固める（2時間以上）
【型外し方】
水道水のお湯で型温めて、お皿の上に型ごとのせ、型と皿を抑えて振る
コレで外れなかったら、型の長辺と短辺ナイフを入れ、型にお皿をのせてひっくり返してみてください
型とゼリー間に空気入れるとキレイにはずせます！
カラフルなミニトマトで作るのもオススメですが、今回は小玉のトマトが安かったので、小玉トマトで作って見ました。
